Management & Maintenance
Management is divided into two distinct areas: maintenance of the properties and management of individual tenants and their requirements.
It is our belief that the best way to deliver excellent service and swift response in both areas is through self-management. We know all our tenants personally and they all have access to us through email and phone with both our landline and mobile numbers made available to our tenants.
We will always endeavour to meet tenants' requirements whereever possible and in as quick a timeframe as possible.
Good management and a commitment to regular and prompt maintenance are essential to make a shared house run smoothly. We are committed to regular maintenance programmes and are always looking to make improvements which will benefit our tenants. For this reason we have installed wireless internet broadband in most of our properties.
We also encourage our tenants to report any faults promptly and we will always endeavour to get any problems sorted without delay where possible.
When we accept a new tenant into one of our properties, we have to consider the personalities of the other tenants and be confident that a new tenant will fit in well with our existing tenants.
When we interview prospective tenants we will sometimes come to the conclusion that a new tenant might not fit in well in one property but would be perfect in another. Also we always encourage tenants to report any problems to us immediately.
