Rooms2letGrimsby.com specialises in providing decent, affordable shared accommodation in fully refurbished and equipped shared houses in North and North East Lincolnshire, mostly in Grimsby and Cleethorpes but also in Scunthorpe. Most of our properties have five letting bedrooms but we also have one with four bedrooms and our largest has six bedrooms.
Safety
Your safety in our properties is very important to us and all our properties have been refurbished to meet with all legal electrical, gas and fire safety requirements and have been inspected by Environmental Health Officers from the relevent local authorities and passed as fully compliant.
Our Tenants
We cater mostly for working people but do have availability in some houses for DSS tenants although other houses are let only to working people.
Our Prices
Our prices start at £56 per week for a smaller bedroom with single occupancy rising to a maximum of £75 per week for single occupancy in our largest bedrooms. In two of our properties we occasionally have a room available for occupancy by a couple at a rate of £75-£80 per week.
What's Included!
Our room rates include electricity, gas, water and council tax in all properties and we now provide wireless broadband internet access throughout all houses.
Payment of Rent
Unless otherwise agreed, we ask for four weeks rent payment up front plus a £45 tenancy set-up fee to move in. After the first four weeks we can accept payment frequencies which best suit you.
For younger tenants we may at our discretion ask for a home-owning guarantor to guarantee against rent arrears and any potential damage at the property.
We currently do not take bonds or deposits on shared accommodation (subject to change at our sole discretion).
